Moin from Hamburg!

Do you know that feeling when your home is suddenly taken over by a colourful chaos of children's toys? That's exactly what we experienced when we became parents. Bright, garish colours everywhere, and us in the middle of it all, looking for beautiful toys and practical accessories that we parents like too and that still fit our budget. Not that easy, is it?

That's when we thought: Why don't we make them ourselves? High-quality, stylish and still affordable. Toys and accessories that not only encourage play, but also look good in any home. Modern design and muted colours.

It was a small challenge to get our (in-law) parents excited about this vision for bieco, but together we made it! 66 years of tradition, and with the change of generations we reinvented ourselves and created a range that is not only educationally valuable, but also a real eye-catcher.

We have been on this new path since 2020 and are super proud of it. And you know what? It looks like we're not the only ones who love our new direction. See for yourself!

For a beautiful home

Forget the garish, brightly coloured jumble! Inspired by the cool Scandi style, our toys not only provide plenty of fun for little ones, but also score points with their decorative value. In short, they are exactly what we would want in our own four walls too. The understated design blends harmoniously into your modern interior. So you can safely put off tidying up a little longer. Our motto: Less chaos, more fun and learning!

Buying guide: Who is it suitable for?

The Ella Dreamy Flowers 3-piece suitcase set is ideal for families who want to store little treasures, art supplies, or accessories decoratively and within easy reach. In the children's room, the set brings order to trading cards, hair clips, pens, or small toy parts, while also serving as a harmonious decorative element. For role play, the set can be used as suitcases for travel or shop play ideas, encouraging creative play in everyday life. It is also a practical choice as a loving gift wrap for birthdays or for storing keepsakes. Thanks to the three matching suitcases, contents can be sorted by theme or nested inside one another to save space. If you are looking for versatile storage with a homely character and value easy care, this set is a solid choice.

What to look for in children's suitcases and storage suitcases

  • Material and workmanship: Look for sturdy edges and solid metal closures for frequent opening and closing.
  • Size and use: Plan what should go inside (e.g. pens, figures, photos) so the suitcases fit the intended purpose.
  • Handling: Easy-to-open closures and easy-to-grip handles make it easier for children to use them independently.
  • Cleaning: Wipe dry with a soft cloth so surfaces stay looking nice for longer.
  • Safety: Check regularly for loose parts and ensure use under supervision for small children.

Ideas for use

  • Sort as a treasure chest for finds from the woods and garden.
  • Role-play trips: Pack favorite figures and go on an imaginary journey.
  • Order in the craft area: Store pens, stickers, and scissors separately.
  • Photo and keepsake box: Collect Polaroids, tickets, and postcards.
  • Reusable gift wrap for a birthday or daycare farewell.
  • Shelf organization: Bundle small parts and make the children's room feel calmer.
  • Jewelry and hair clip organizer for quick morning routines.
  • End of a scavenger hunt: Hide and present the “treasure” in the suitcase.
  • Mobile craft station for on-the-go activities at friends' houses or on vacation.
  • Use as decorative props for photo shoots in the children's room.

Care & safety

  • Care instructions: Clean dry with a soft cloth.
  • Regular visual inspection: Check closures and edges.
  • Safety & conformity: Depending on the product, relevant safety tests and standards (e.g. EN 71 for toys) are used and documented. We can provide details on product-specific tests if needed.
