We ship to Germany and Austria with our logistics provider DPD. Please note that, for logistical reasons, we are unable to combine orders that were placed separately, even if they were placed on the same day.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We ship directly from our warehouse in Hamburg and pack every parcel ourselves. Within Germany, orders are delivered in approx. 1-3 working days. We deliver to Austria in approx. 4-8 working days. For deliveries within Germany, shipping is free of charge. For orders with a gross value of €50 or more, we also ship to Austria free of charge. Due to differing local trade policies, we have to set different prices and conditions for shipping outside Germany.

You can track the status of your shipment on the website of our logistics provider DPD by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation and entering your parcel number on the page.

Returns

If you would like to return goods: in the case of a return, you bear the direct costs yourself. You can find detailed instructions here.
