Moin from Hamburg!

Do you know that feeling when your home is suddenly taken over by a colourful chaos of children's toys? That's exactly what we experienced when we became parents. Bright, garish colours everywhere, and us in the middle of it all, looking for beautiful toys and practical accessories that we parents like too and that still fit our budget. Not that easy, is it?

That's when we thought: Why don't we make them ourselves? High-quality, stylish and still affordable. Toys and accessories that not only encourage play, but also look good in any home. Modern design and muted colours.

It was a small challenge to get our (in-law) parents excited about this vision for bieco, but together we made it! 66 years of tradition, and with the change of generations we reinvented ourselves and created a range that is not only educationally valuable, but also a real eye-catcher.

We have been on this new path since 2020 and are super proud of it. And you know what? It looks like we're not the only ones who love our new direction. See for yourself!

For a beautiful home

Forget the garish, brightly coloured jumble! Inspired by the cool Scandi style, our toys not only provide plenty of fun for little ones, but also score points with their decorative value. In short, they are exactly what we would want in our own four walls too. The understated design blends harmoniously into your modern interior. So you can safely put off tidying up a little longer. Our motto: Less chaos, more fun and learning!

Buying guide: Who is it suitable for?

The Bunny wall coat rack is ideal for families who value practical organization and a friendly look in the children’s room or hallway. Thanks to its compact size, it’s suitable for small to medium-sized wall areas, for example next to the door or above a bench. The wood (MDF) material with metal elements blends well with modern and natural interior styles. If you want to hang items such as jackets, hats, light bags, or accessories at children’s eye level, this is a suitable solution. The easy-care surface makes it uncomplicated for everyday use: dirt can be removed with a damp cloth and mild soap. As a gift idea for a birth, christening, or moving into a new children’s room, the Bunny wall coat rack is also a lovely choice when a useful and decorative detail is desired. The neutral color scheme oatmeal/silver harmonizes with many color palettes and supports a calm, tidy atmosphere.

What to look for in wall coat racks for the children’s room

  • Material: Look for sturdy materials such as wood (MDF) and metal elements that match the room visually and functionally.
  • Size: Check the dimensions (here approx. 39,5 x 13 x 4 cm) so the coat rack fits the intended wall space.
  • Placement: Mount at a child-friendly height so children can hang up and take down items independently.
  • Care: Easy-care surfaces are practical for everyday family life; a damp cloth and mild soap are usually sufficient.
  • Design & color: A subtle color scheme like oatmeal/silver can be combined in many ways.
  • Use: Plan which light everyday items should hang there to support clarity and routine.

  • Create a designated spot for daycare bags in the hallway.
  • Rotate seasonal accessories to keep things organized.
  • Use a name tag or small charms to personalize hooks.
