Moin from Hamburg!

Do you know that feeling when your home is suddenly taken over by a colourful chaos of children's toys? That's exactly what we experienced when we became parents. Bright, garish colours everywhere, and us in the middle of it all, looking for beautiful toys and practical accessories that we parents like too and that still fit our budget. Not that easy, is it?

That's when we thought: Why don't we make them ourselves? High-quality, stylish and still affordable. Toys and accessories that not only encourage play, but also look good in any home. Modern design and muted colours.

It was a small challenge to get our (in-law) parents excited about this vision for bieco, but together we made it! 66 years of tradition, and with the change of generations we reinvented ourselves and created a range that is not only educationally valuable, but also a real eye-catcher.

We have been on this new path since 2020 and are super proud of it. And you know what? It looks like we're not the only ones who love our new direction. See for yourself!

For a beautiful home

Forget the garish, brightly coloured jumble! Inspired by the cool Scandi style, our toys not only provide plenty of fun for little ones, but also score points with their decorative value. In short, they are exactly what we would want in our own four walls too. The understated design blends harmoniously into your modern interior. So you can safely put off tidying up a little longer. Our motto: Less chaos, more fun and learning!

Ideas for use

  • As a grasping exercise, pass the rattle alternately from one hand to the other.
  • Demonstrate short shaking rhythms that the child can imitate.
  • Use the rattle quietly in the stroller as a gentle auditory stimulus.
  • Simple search game: Hide the rattle under a cloth and find it together.
  • Little sound stories: Gently rattling accompanies a song or a story.
  • Use two rattles to distinguish right/left and alternate.
  • During the diaper-changing routine, rattle briefly to focus attention.
  • In a play circle, take turns trying sounds loudly and softly.
  • Name the colors: show and talk about blue, white, grey in dialogue.
  • As a gift pair: plan one rattle for home and one for on the go.
